You can’t get any fresher than that what an amazing lady not only looks great n I’m sure it’ll taste great too but to do that consistently in front of her customers too is nothing but amazing
What an awesome lady and mother. 1 person running the whole show, and cooks amazingly good. If I ever visit Japan, I'll definitely visit her store. She's wholesome and passionate.

お好み焼きって言うより、広島焼きですよね。都民として、最近、すんごく広島焼きが食べたい。どこで食べられるんだろう。お好み焼きは、もんじゃ焼きの「しっかり焼いた奴」みたいな感じなんですよね。大好きだけど。

「昔 家を引っ張ってきた」は、この場合事実かどうかは分かりませんが、昔の「家の土台（礎石）の上に
木造の枠組みがただ乗ってる状態の家」では（近距離なら）実際やってた事実は有ります。
そう多くは無いと思いますが昔の小家屋や小屋程度なら出来ますからね。実際私も子供の頃
住んでた田舎の古い家を少し移動させその跡地に新築し、前の家は車庫に改築してた覚えがあります。
他県民でこう言う事言うと何だかなー？って思うけど

中國有特色，又有牆，許多三觀與世不同。許多陸配離開中國才發現，所以稱讚台灣好。其實如果去日本澳洲歐美任何先進的文明國家，都是與中國的三觀不同。
有名店も、美味しいんですが、広島の、お好み焼きを、支えてくれていたのは、こういう個人店なんですよね。
