Steamed Egg 蒸水蛋和啦啦蒸蛋/蛤蜊蒸蛋，auntie Liew 教完美蒸水蛋秘訣，超级细腻嫩滑，蛋滑蚬鲜。

蒸水蛋必成功秘訣，蛋水比例，只要掌握時間火候，必能做出完美蒸水蛋
加上葱头油/豉油，蔥花，極鮮甜味道。

材料: Ingredients:
30粒 啦啦/ 蛤蜊 – 30pcs clams
4粒 鸡蛋 – 4 eggs
少许盐 – dash of salt
少许 胡椒粉 – dash of white pepper
375ml 毫升 温水 – 375ml Warm water
少许 酱油 – dash of soy sauce
少许 葱 – dash of green onion
少许葱头油 – dash of scallion oil

中火蒸煮8分钟 – medium heat steaming for 8 minutes
