A piece of Kelp
A handful of Katsuobushi (Dried-bonito shavings)

[CHAWANMUSHI]
Eggs : Dashi → 1:3
2teaspn of soy sauce
A little salt

Chicken, Shitake mushroom, Japanese parsley
