An Autumn recipe for enjoying your pumpkin

    Hi there! ready to cook?

    ingredients:
    . a pumpkin
    . cinnamon stick
    . cardamom
    . saffron extract
    . grape syrup
    . vanilla ice cream
    . pistachios
    . butter

    recipe:
    peel and chop the pumpkin in circles.
    . fry them in melted butter then add the syrup, cinnamon sticks, cardamom, and a cup of saffron extract.
    . cook the pumpkin for an hour on very low heat.
    . then just serve it with ice cream and pistachios
