今回はベーコンポテトパイを作りました🍳
小さい頃食べたあの味を思い出しながら作ったのですが、近づけたかな？
アップルパイよりベーコンポテトパイ派の子供でした😆

今回は小さめの作ったのでパーティにも出しやすいですよ✨

【ベーコンポテトパイ】16個分
①. パイシートは冷蔵庫で解凍する。

②. 玉ねぎは薄切り、じゃがいもとベーコンは1cmの角切りにカットする。

③. 中火で熱したフライパンにバターを溶かし、香りが出たら②を入れ、玉ねぎがしんなりするまで炒める。

④. 水、牛乳、コンソメを加えてとろみがつくまで煮込む。

⑤. とろみがついたら火を止めて、塩胡椒で味を整え、粗熱をとる。

⑥. パイシートを8等分にカットしそれぞれに具を乗せ、同じ大きさのパイシートを被せ、フチをしっかりつまんで閉じる。

⑦. フライパンに揚げ油を熱し、きつね色になるまで揚げる。
パセリを添える。

【食材一覧】16個分
パイシート4枚（18cm×11cmサイズ）、玉ねぎ1/2個、じゃがいも2個、ベーコン100g、バター10g、
水200ml、牛乳50ml、コンソメキューブ1個、塩胡椒適量
揚げ油適量、パセリ

今回はNIPPNのパイシート4枚入り（19cm×11cmサイズ）を使いました。

[Bacon potato pie] 16 pieces
①. Thaw the pie sheet in the refrigerator.

②. Cut onions into thin slices, and cut potatoes and bacon into 1 cm cubes.

③. Melt the butter in a frying pan heated on medium heat, add ② when the aroma comes out, and fry until the onions are tender.

④. Add water, milk and consomme and simmer until thickened.

⑤. When thickened, turn off the heat, season with salt and pepper, and cool.

⑥. Cut the pie sheet into 8 equal parts, put the ingredients on each, cover with the pie sheet of the same size, pinch the edge firmly and close.

⑦. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry until it is colored.
Serve with parsley.

[Ingredient list] 16 pieces
4 pie sheets (18 cm x 11 cm size), 1/2 onion, 2 potatoes, 100 g bacon, 10 g butter,
200 ml of water, 50 ml of milk, 1 consomme cube, some salt and pepper,
some oil, parsley
