【朝昼晩5品】アボカドで健康&美容レシピ【お料理からスイーツまでメキシコ産アボカド】

Today we’re going to make five powerful avocado recipes that are delicious and that you’ll want to make again and again.
Avocado recipes that are so good for your beauty and health that you’ll want to keep coming back to them.
I’m going to step out of my usual kitchen and enjoy Mexican avocados to the fullest, so stay tuned for the full story!
When it comes to avocados, Mexico is the place to be.
Today’s recipe is also made with Mexican avocados.
I want to make moist and dense pancakes in the morning with this.
Avocadoes have a darker skin when they are ready to eat.
It has a soft texture when lightly squeezed in the palm of the hand.
And I’m told there’s a gap between the heta and the fruit.
Now you’re an avocado expert.
Dishes made with avocados are definitely delicious!
And when that avocado is from Mexico, you can finally be sure.
They’re big, round and taste exceptional.
I’d love to eat it as is, with salt or soy sauce, or simply on a salad or toast.
…but today I’m going to use it to make pancakes.
You can enjoy the moist and dense flavor that you don’t usually find in pancakes.
Avocados are low in sugar. When taken together, they slow down the absorption of sugar.
Eggs and soy milk when mashed into a paste with a whisk.
Soy pancakes are a great way to get a good amount of protein with little fat.
It may not look like it, but avocados are actually made up mostly of water.
Hydration is important in hot weather.
If you find that you are not getting enough water from drinks, you can also get it from food.
Especially in the morning, you want to take it actively.
After adding the pancake mix, I mix it quickly.
Avocadoes make up quite a bit of the amount of fiber that we’re told we should be getting in a day.
Among dietary fiber, it is rich in soluble fiber, which improves the intestinal environment.
If you heat up a large frying pan, you’ll have the side-effect of cooking two pieces of pancake batter at the same time, but
Thanks to the tenacity of the avocado, I had a stable landing. This is a nice assist.
If you are worried about whether the pancakes are cooked properly, just cover them with a lid.
A well-built pancake is one that is cooked slowly over low heat.
Carefully flipped over, they don’t disappoint, delicious browning!
A fluffy dough made of Southern-derived greenery.
This is what makes my heart flutter.
The debate over whether avocados are a vegetable or a fruit.
I’m going to settle it here, or for those who don’t know.
Actually, avocados are a fruit.
But the avocado’s adaptability is so great that it’s not just for desserts, it also shows its potential in cooking.
It’s not limited to Western cuisine, but also includes a wide variety of Japanese and Asian dishes.
And this morning’s pancakes can be eaten sweet with syrup, or sweet and spicy with grilled bacon.
Just as an ironclad rule of deliciousness…
It should be served with a fresh avocado as well.
I’m going to eat it with "avogo".
The cute and energetic "Abogo" with his cute eyes.
He is actually a proud ambassador for Mexican avocados.
"Abogo" tweets about avocados every day on Twitter.
There’s a lot of useful knowledge and recipes that I want to copy. I can’t lose.
I couldn’t wait to take a bite while saying that.
Moist is the perfect word for the texture.
It melts like a cheesecake.
This thick and rich finish is thanks to the avocado?
I’m happy to have found this pancake recipe.
By the way, Avocado, you should show up for dessert once in a while.
Risotto with avocado for lunch, a tour de force.
This is a great nutritious way to get fiber and protein.
Cut the avocado in half and relax into a cross section of greens.
What I want to talk about here is the fat in avocados.
Avocados are full of good fats.
It contains unsaturated fatty acids, which are rare, high-quality fats that help keep cholesterol at the right level and prevent lifestyle-related diseases.
They also contain vitamin e and antioxidants, so eating them can help make your skin beautiful.
Some people call it an eating serum, and this is a good thing for foodies.
One serving often means you can’t use the whole avocado in one sitting, and half of it will discolor.
I solved this problem by pouring lemon juice on it. It keeps the color green.
The best way to combine avocado is with chicken breast.
It’s low in calories and protein, so it’s probably the best combination.
Next to the "avogo."
I’m a little nervous about being seen by my seniors with my avocado recipe… but I can proudly introduce this risotto to them.
Let’s heat up a frying pan and finish the risotto.
Chicken breast with a light flavor and a firm sweetness.
Overcooking can cause it to become tough.
Keep the heat low and cook slowly and gently.
Brown rice that has been cooked in advance.
High in dietary fiber and vitamins.
Harder to digest than white rice, so to make it soft and risotto like today.
It’s just right.
The avocado I cut up beforehand and break down as I warm it up.
This risotto has a mild flavor with soy milk. Looks good for recovering from fatigue.
Add consommé powder and cheese powder to taste, and a little salt if it’s not enough.
Again, keeping the heat low is the key to heating the avocado to taste.
Use the remaining half of the avocado to make dessert after dinner.
Bake in a fish oven or toaster until the top is browned.
Add a squeeze of lemon and you have a refreshing risotto.
Serve before it loses its moisture.
Finish with Parmesan cheese and pepper.
And grated lemon zest.
Making this as a dessert today is avocado ice cream.
Baked avocado with ice cream.
Does this combination go together? Really? I can’t believe my eyes, but the creamy and mild avocado goes very well with the sweet vanilla ice cream.
And then, like a tailwind, the Japanese flavored toppings. Kinako and walnuts
A splash of kuromitsu gives it a rich flavor.
Melted ice cream drips on the browned avocado.
The ice cream is served before it melts. The fresh scent of lemon mixed with the dusty flavor of avocado is a nice combination.
A rich risotto that melts in your mouth. The chicken makes it a great meal.
Like a cup of ice cream, avocados are easy to scoop up.
Cold ice cream and sticky avocado.
A new sensation and a taste that exceeds expectations.
We’ll finish up with dinner.
If there’s someone you’ve been thinking about lately, and he or she also likes avocados, invite him or her over for an avocado dinner.
The recipe you want to keep for such occasions is a shocking poke bowl, which is easy to make without fire, but definitely delicious.
A popular Hawaiian dish of soy-sauce seasoned seafood served over rice.
I’ll try to make this to my liking.
The first thing I want to add is spicy tuna.
This is an evolutionary version of tuna mayo, with the spiciness of soy sauce and raayu, and the petite texture of tobiko.
I don’t have to tell you how well it goes with avocado and rice.
Great on rice balls, toast, and pasta!
The star of the show is salmon.
It’s melt-in-your-mouth delicious. It is also low in sugar.
Today we cut it into cubes.
Avocado and seafood are great together. The soy sauce is what holds it together.
The secret ingredient is yuzu kosho. It’s also great for when you don’t like the smell of raw fish.
The mild and creamy avocado keeps a good balance with the hot yuzu kosho.
The other thing I would like to add is a colorful vegetable rapé.
It is easy to find shredded carrots and thinly sliced onions.
And purple cabbage, which is nice to have.
Easy to dress with lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Guacamole is a great thing to make in your spare time.
Also known as avocado dip.
In Mexico, it’s like miso soup in Japan.
Put the avocado in a bowl and mash it with a fork so that it retains its texture.
Lime juice in it
Guacamole is an everyday food in Mexico, and it’s been localized in many ways around the world.
In Japan, it is served with soy sauce or wasabi.
In France, it is served with shallots.
Today, it’s the same old tomatoes and pak choi.
It’s all about the saltiness, so let’s taste and adjust as we go.
Easy to eat and full of nutrition. It’s really good to eat as is.
It’s also good on a bucket. Today I served it with tortilla chips.
Finally, let’s finish up the poke bowl.
Now let’s eat!
Let’s start with the spicy tuna in the poke bowl.
With plenty of avocado on the side.
Spicy tuna and creamy avocado.
Nice match!
I also took a bite of the salmon. It’s melted and delicious.
The soy sauce and yuzu kosho also added a nice touch.
I’m thinking of opening a poke bowl restaurant in Hawaii or Mexico in the future.
Guacamole can be eaten slowly and is a great accompaniment to a talk or movie.
That’s how I spent my day, enjoying Mexican avocados to the fullest!
