アメリカ・シカゴ在住主婦が外国人からのリクエストに応えつつ、料理初心者の夫に和食を中心とした簡単レシピを教える動画です!第十弾は、日本を代表する料理の一つ・天ぷら♪英語の先生から「日本食で天ぷらが一番好きだから、是非作り方を覚えたい!」という熱烈リクエストを受けて、選びました。今回は、お友だちの家で一緒にお料理して、天ぷら蕎麦をいただきました。

⭐︎Tempura⭐︎

Tempura is seafood or vegetables that have been covered in batter and fried in oil.
Please eat the tempura by dipping it into the tempura sauce, with grated radish.
You can also eat them with a little salt (matcha salt)!

✔︎ Ingredients & Seasoning(材料・調味料)

・Flour or Tempura batter mix(薄力小麦粉または天ぷら粉)
・Water or Carbonated water(冷水または炭酸水)
・Egg(卵)
・Shrimps(海老)
・Eggplants(茄子)
・Shiso leaves(大葉)
・Corn(トウモロコシ)

ーDipping sauce
・Soy sauce(醤油)
・Mirin(みりん)
・Dashi(出汁)
・Sugar(砂糖)

ーSeasonings etc.
・Salt(塩)
・Matcha(抹茶)
・Grated radish(大根おろし)
・Grated gigner(生姜すりおろし)

  1. Thanks for sharing! It really looks so yum!! I have never had Shiso leaves before.. and It's so interesting the way to mix the Matcha and salt! Seems like your husband getting more skillful at cutting the food! 😛
