    (さつまいもとレンコンの甘酢のレシピ&作り方)

    【Recipe】

    ★Ingredients(材料)

    Sweet potato(さつまいも)1 About 200g~
    Lotus root(れんこん)1 About 150g~
    Soy sauce(醤油)2 tablespoon
    Suger(砂糖)2 tablespoon
    Sweet sake(みりん)1 tablespoon
    Vinegar(酢)1 tablespoon
    Potato starch(片栗粉)Appropriate amount
    Oil(油)Appropriate amount
    Sesame(ごま)Appropriate amount

    ★Cooking method(作り方)

    1:Cut sweet potato and lotus root into 1cm width.
    (さつまいも、れんこんは1cm幅に切る。)

    2:Put it in a bag and sprinkle with potato starch.
    (袋に入れて片栗粉をまぶす。)

    3:Add a lot of oil to the frying pan and fry the sweet potato and lotus root.
    (フライパンに多めの油をひき、さつまいもとれんこんを揚げ焼きにする。)

    4:Add soy sauce, sugar, sweet sake and vinegar and entangle the sauce.
    (醤油、砂糖、みりん、酢を入れてタレを絡ませる。)

    5:Boil it so that it won’t burn and add sesame seeds.
    (焦げないように煮つめて全体にタレが絡んだらごまを入れる。)

    6:Completed on a plate.
    (お皿に盛りつけ、完成。)
