・厚揚げ：大1枚
・ピザ用チーズ：適量
・小ねぎ（小口切り）：適量
・味噌：大さじ1
・マヨネーズ：大さじ1
・みりん：小さじ1
・ごま油：小さじ1
（お好みで【一味唐辛子】を振っても美味しいです）
■作り方のヒント
1. 厚揚げを食べやすい大きさに切り、トースターの天板に並べて表面に薄くごま油を塗る。
2. 味噌、マヨネーズ、みりんを混ぜ合わせたソースを厚揚げの上にたっぷりと塗る。
3. ピザ用チーズを乗せ、トースターで5〜7分、チーズに焦げ目がつくまで焼く。仕上げに小ねぎを散らして完成。

■Ingredients for 2
・Atsuage (Deep-fried tofu): 1 large block
・Pizza cheese: to taste
・Chopped green onions: to taste
・Miso: 1 tbsp
・Mayonnaise: 1 tbsp
・Mirin (sweet rice wine): 1 tsp
・Sesame oil: 1 tsp
■Recipe Hints
1. Cut Atsuage into bite-sized pieces, place on a toaster tray, and lightly brush the top with sesame oil.
2. Mix miso, mayonnaise, and mirin to make the sauce, and spread it generously over the Atsuage.
3. Top with cheese and bake in a toaster oven for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is browned and bubbly.
