    1. It’s not supposed to be turned upside down and you eat it like that, there’s no point in blending it and making useless “pie” or some other nonsense

    2. Yep! Weve always used homemade pumpkin puree for our pie! You can also freeze it for later. And we also can enjoy those spiced and roasted seeds! Hut we do boil the pumpkin actually.

    3. After it's roasted, is the flesh any good just by itself? I hear it's like squash, or sweet potatoes (maybe season it a lil?). I'm sorta broke right now, so I don't really have all the ingredients to turn into something for a separate recipe. But I do have some tasty oil and spices… And an oven

    4. Ok I have seen enough of these pumpkin clean out videos but not one of them mention rinsing out before roasting. 😢😮
