The young woman cook seriously needs to put her bangs tied back dealing with food, im truly surprised the owner of the place also cooks isnt strick about her hanging over the food, especially when it stated he was very picky of the food ingredients and measurements and the quality of his food while preparing all the dishes. I guess it doesn't matter if hair pieces fall onto the food while preparing it. The young male cook has his head covered with bandana on and so no hair gets into the food he's preparing

Hands down the best ramen I had in Japan. Ichiran got nothing on this place.

卵は産卵後10日経っていれば茹でた後、殻がツルッとむけると
誰も教えません。バイトも客も、タレントも。
女性客には脂身のチャーシューを出す店は多いです。
そこがフレンチ、アメリカンとの違い。
