Today I ate three servings of the frozen Miso-Kin ramen♪
It comes with bean sprouts, chashu, menma, green onions, and a soft-boiled egg.
I prepared the green onions and egg myself♪
The frozen Miso-Kin ramen was incredibly delicious!
In one phrase, the soup is a rich blend of mellow white miso layered with garlic and sesame aroma🤤
The flavor and texture had wonderful contrast, giving me a ramen experience unlike anything I’ve had before💓
Especially the menma—the texture was so springy it almost bounced back♪
