【2人〜3人分】

ほうれん草 1袋　(150g)

◉白だし 小さじ1

◉醤油　　小さじ1

◉ すりゴマ　大さじ1

① ほうれん草は広げて洗います。

② 熱湯を沸かし、塩ひとつまみを入れ、ほうれん草を入れ1分半茹でて ざるに上げて冷まします。

③ ほうれん草の水気を絞り、食べやすく切ります。

④ボールにほうれん草を入れて 醤油、白だし、すりゴマを入れて混ぜ合わせたら完成です。

A simple yet comforting dish.

Recommended even for beginner cooks♫

Use it to add color to your lunch box!🥰👍

[Serves 2-3]

1 packet spinach　(150g)

◉ 1 teaspoon white dashi

◉ 1 teaspoon soy sauce

◉ 1 tablespoon ground sesame seeds

1. Spread the spinach out and wash it.

2. Bring water to a boil, add a pinch of salt, add the spinach, and boil for 1.5 minutes. Drain and let cool.

3. Squeeze the water out of the spinach and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

4. Place the spinach in a bowl, add the soy sauce, white dashi, and sesame seeds, and mix until combined.
