炊飯器で作る超簡単チキンビリヤニレシピ (インド風炊き込みご飯)」バターチキンビリヤニ|How to make Butter Chicken Biriyani in Rice Cooker

    Butter Chicken Biriyani is a delicious combo of the creamy butter chicken and tasty biriyani.
    This biriyani is specially for those who love butter chicken and chicken biriyani equally and wanted an easy method to prepare it.
    This Chicken biriyani base is prepared in pan and layered with rice in rice cooker and the rich flavorful biriyani will be ready in no time. Friends, try this recipe and let me know your feedback in comments below.

    Ingredients
    Basmati rice : 2 cups
    Chicken : 250 g
    Curd : 1.5 Tbsp
    Lemon juice : 1.5 Tbsp
    Chilli powder : 1/2 to 1 Tsp
    Ginger Garlic paste : 1 Tsp each
    Turmeric powder : 1/2 Tsp
    Onion: 1 small chopped
    Green chilly :1
    Cumin powder : 1/2 Tsp
    Garam Masala : 1/2 Tsp
    Tomato paste: 1 Tbsp
    Fried onion
    Coriander leaves
    Salt

    材料

    チリパウダー : 1/2 to 1 小さじ

    玉ねぎ: 1 個(小)
    グリーンチリ :1
    クミンパウダー : 1/2 小さじ
    ガラムマサラ : 1/2 小さじ
    トマトペースト: 1 大さじ
    フライド玉ねぎ
    パクチ

    Process to make Butter Chicken Biriyani
    STEP 1
    1. Soak basmati rice in water for at least 20 minutes.

    STEP 2
    2. Combine all ingredients for the marinade with the chicken and marinate it for 30 minutes.

    STEP 3
    3. Heat 2 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of butter in a wide pan
    4. Saute the marinated chicken pieces
    5. Remove it from pan to another bowl
    6. To the same pan heat 2 Tbsp of butter and saute onion, ginger and green chillies until the onion changes colour
    7. Add garlic paste and fry for few seconds until the raw smell goes off
    8. Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and cumin powder and fry in low heat until raw smell goes off
    9. Add tomato paste, salt and sautéed chicken, and combine it very well and cook for few minutes
    10. Add fresh cream and a pinch of sugar , let it cook
    11. Add kasoori methi and cook for one or two minutes
    11. Switch off the flame

    STEP 4
    13. Into the rice cooker bowl layer the prepared chicken masala and then the washed & water drained basmati rice
    14. Pour slightly salted water into the bowl. For 1 cup of basmati rice add 1.5 cups of water
    15. Cook it in regular settings of your rice cooker
    16. Once the rice is cooked add butter and fluff the biriyani rice using a fork
    17. Garnish the prepared butter chicken biriyani with fried onions and coriander leaves
    18. Serve it with salad and pickle

    ⧫TIPS⧫
    1. Replace heavy cream with calorie cut cream if you are health conscious
    2. Never forget to add slightly salted water in rice cooker
    3. Marinate the chicken pieces overnight as it tastes even better
