Ingredients
Green Cabbage
Red cabbage
1 carrot
3-4 Tbs Mayonnaise or Plain Yogurt ( it will depend how much cabbage you have cut up!)
1tbs Lemon juice (or Apple cider vinegar)
1tbs Wholegrain mustard (any type)
Salt & pepper
I like to add broccoli( colour) and raisins( sweetness) but you could add onions, cranberries, etc just take the recipe and put your own twist on it.
