◆納豆と豆腐のお焼き◆ 2〜3人前
【材料】
木綿豆腐 1丁〈300g〉
納豆 2パック〈80g〉
小麦粉 大さじ4
青ねぎ 適量
麺つゆ 適量
【作り方】
❶.豆腐をボウルに入れてヘラで潰し、小麦粉を加え、混ぜる
❷.納豆と付属のタレを混ぜ、豆腐に加える
❸.青ねぎを入れて混ぜ、油を引いたフライパンで両面きつね色になるまで焼いて完成

◆Natto and Tofu Patties◆ (Serves 2–3)
**Ingredients**
– Firm tofu: 1 block (300g)
– Natto: 2 packs (80g)
– All-purpose flour: 4 tbsp
– Green onion: to taste
– Mentsuyu (noodle sauce): to taste
**Instructions**
1. Place the tofu in a bowl and mash it with a spatula. Add the flour and mix well.
2. Mix the natto with the accompanying sauce and add it to the tofu mixture.
3. Add the chopped green onion, mix thoroughly, and cook in a greased frying pan until both sides are golden brown.
