I love seafood, and my favorite is crab, which is something that I cannot get in my landlocked country (Switzerland). So whenever I have the chance, I go for it. Last year, we where on Sado Island in Niigata-ken in March, and enjoyed wonderfully tasty crab there. This year, we will be in Fukui city in March. I hope that we will still be able to enjoy fresh local crab then ?
