Kaju Sesame Fried Rice
Ingredients:
• Mixie Grinder
• Cashewnuts / kaju
• 5 Tsp Sesame Seeds
• 1 Tsp Poppy Seeds
• 2 Tsp Salt
• 4 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
• 2 Tbsp Desicated Coconut Powder
• 1 Tbsp Dhania Powder
• 1 Tsp Jeera Powder
• 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
• 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
• 1 Tbsp Jaggery Powder
• Garlic Cloves
• 1 Tsp Tamarind Paste
• A Pan
• 3 Tbsp Oil
• 3 Tbsp Ground Nuts
• 1 Tbsp Chana Dal
• 1 Tbsp Urad Dal
• 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
• 3 Slitted Red Chillies
• Curry Leaves
• 1/4Th Cup Of Water
• 1 Big Cup Of Boiled/Cooked Rice
• Raisins If Needed (Optional)
• Onions For Garnishing
Method: For Sesame Paste
• In a mixie add all the ingredients( Cashewnuts / kaju, 3 Tsp Sesame Seeds, 1 Tsp Poppy Seeds, 1 Tsp Salt, 3 Tsp Red Chilli Powder, 2 Tbsp Desicated Coconut Powder, 1 Tbsp Dhania Powder, 1 Tsp Jeera Powder, 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder, 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 Tbsp Jaggery Powder, Garlic Cloves, 1 Tsp Tamarind Paste) of the kaju sesame fried rice recipe and grind into a fine paste
Method: For Kaju Sesame Fried RIce Recipe
• Heat a pan add 3 tbsp oil, 3 tbsp groundnuts, few cashewnuts / kaju, 1 tbsp chana dal, 1 tbsp urad dal, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 3 slitted red chillies, few curry leaves, half tsp turmeric, complete prepared sesame paste, 1/4th cup of water, 1 big cup of boiled / cooked rice, mix well and cook for 3 to 5 mins, add raisins(optional), serve with onions if needed
