Hello everyone and happy New Year ๐ฅณโฅ๏ธ๐ As usual, Iโve made some new year resolutions about trying to eat clean but I kinda failed ๐ โฅ๏ธ I made some fried olives stuffed with cheese (out of this world) and rice paper cheese pie to pair with a leeky rice ๐พ๐คค And the most important thing? Well, in Greece, Sant Vasilios brings the presents to the kids on the 1st of January (He was an orthodox monk and helped a lot of people. Also, the cake with the coin inside is a tradition connected with the Sant. The name of the cake is "Vasilรณpita", literally means the pie of Vasilios, and there's a whole story behind it. Generally, the person who finds the coin in his piece is the lucky one for the whole year).
