    　玉ねぎ：30g
    　辛味噌だれ：1人分
    　炒り胡麻：少々
    　牛脂：4ｇ

    　コチュジャン：小さじ1/2
    　甜麺醤：小さじ2
    　醤油：小さじ2
    　酒：小さじ1
    　ごま油：小さじ1
    　ニンニク：小さじ1

    Spicy miso sauce(for 1 serving)
    1/2 tsp Gochujang
    2 tsp Tian Main Jiang
    2 tsp soy sauce
    1 tsp sake
    1 tsp sesame oil
    4 g (0.13 oz) beef tallow
    1 tsp grated garlic

    Fried Pork and Eggplants with Spice miso sauce(for 1 serving)
    120 g (4 oz) pork
    1 eggplant
    30 g (1 oz) onion
    1 serving spicy miso sauce
    some sesame seeds

    Spicy miso sauce(for 1 serving)
    1/2 tsp Gochujang
    2 tsp Tian Main Jiang
    2 tsp soy sauce
    1 tsp sake
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 tsp grated garlic

      茄子は揚げ物に良し、おひたしに良し、炒め物に良し🎵味噌炒めはたまに食べますが、ご飯何杯でもいけます😁

      これ食べました。そんなに辛くは無くとても美味かったです。
      今はご飯お変わり無料ですのでとてもお得でした

      Hey there @papadesuyo777, awesome and tasty new dish, love eggplant recipes.

      I'm sorry to note this, but to avoid confusion:
      In this video at 1:29/1:30, the English translation (also) shows 2 tbps of soy sauce, but it's of importance that this is Tianmianjiang or Sweet Bean/Sweet Flour Sauce.

      The original soy sauce, the runny dark salty product, is mentioned two ingredients later also.

      But the first so called/translated thick Soy Sauce (the Tianmianjiang one) is something completely different and only this will give the recipe the right flavour, while people would wonder about the taste if they simply used regular Soy Sauce twice.

      Sorry for the inconvenience, years long abonnent and great fan of your recipes and videos all year long from Germany. 🙂
