  1. 4:22 looks like "botok" from Indonesia. Whitebait, shredded coconut, something similar with edamame (Indonesian people called it 'petai cina'), salt, wrapped with banana leaves and then steam for about 20 minutes 😄

  2. if you dont want to use a plastic straw, you can use wooden chopstick wrapped in foil or just an oiled wooden chopstick cut to size. you can also use a reusable silicone straw if you have one to spare and willing to cut it.

  3. Bermkuchen?? Never heard of that, is that a translation error or do you call it Bermkuchen in japanese? For me it's Baumkuchen.

  5. Isn't it "Baumkuchen"? (you wrote Berm kuchen ) it's German. Baum means tree. It's called Baumkuchen because it looks like tree rings of a tree, when you cut the cake open.
