@greenfated I meant, I dont think they speak italian. I didnt mean to say that its not a true italian dish. Im french and english is my second language so sorry if what I said was misinterpreted before ^^

@pwninkev just not too much ~ 1/2 tablespoon would be enough
Will try this.
I tried this recipe today for lunch with my bf…and he LOVED it so much that he finished the whole dish lol thanks for the great recipe <3
tried this last night with a light cream sauce.
It was delicious~
You say you're an amateur cook, buy your methods seem very professional.
@TheNonfat For one thing, he doesn't speak english.
@TheNonfat what GenjitsuSama said. 🙂 it's okay.
@Barnekkid …Except for starting everything in a cold pan. That only works for certain things. Pasta water should be at a raging boil before you add salt & then the noodles. & a saute pan should be really hot before you try to add anything to it, or else you'll end up sweating it instead of getting any color or fond on the bottom of the pan. Also it's better to add garlic near the end, because in a hot pan it can burn easily & add too much bitterness to a dish. Just my lousy 2 cents. :p
I wish you rendered all the fat out of the bacon to make it crispy, took the bacon out & cooked the veg in the bacon fat.. Mmm.. that woulda been nice.
I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS! kthnxbye.
