[Halloween treat] Condensed milk pumpkin & white chocolate truffles Brigadeiro

and they have different names. This time I used butternut squash.
As soon as you cut it, the nectar comes out of the pumpkin,
which is proof of good quality. This time I’m going to make a small treat that is perfect for Halloween. There is a pastry called brigadeiro that looks like a truffle.
It’s based on that method. Remove the seeds from the pumpkin, wrap it in plastic wrap, and heat it in the microwave. 700W for 10-15 minutes.
Heat, checking with bamboo skewers or other instruments. Take the pumpkin meat and put them in a blender. Stir a few times along the way. Store the pumpkin paste in the refrigerator. Chop the white chocolate. Sift the almond powder twice. Add the ingredients to the pot. Stir from the bottom of the pot over low heat as it tends to burn easily. The orange food color has been added. I heated it for about 15 minutes. When hard, turn off the heat and add the white chocolate and mix well. The hardness is about this. Grease a container with unsalted butter and spread the dough in it. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. Clean and butter your hands and roll out the dough. This is about 20 grams per piece. Roll it up and add lines with toothpicks etc. First, quarter the line.
Then you can add a line between the lines and it will be neat. Stick a pumpkin seed in the top and finish with a simple decoration. Finished! Just do it. The cross section looks like this. Good! The pumpkin is very sweet, rich and delicious. The granulated sugar is crunchy, so moderation is good. The cocoa powder had a nice flavor.

Ingredients] (20 grams (about 12-14 pieces)
A – Butternut Pumpkin Paste: 100g
A – Sweetened condensed milk: 240g
A – Unsalted butter: 10g
A – Almond Powder: 15g
White chocolate: 30g
Unsalted butter : As needed
Granulated sugar : As needed
Pumpkin seeds (pumpkin seeds) : As needed
[ Method ]
1. remove the seeds from the butternut pumpkin, wrap it in plastic wrap and microwave it for 10-15 minutes in 700W.
2. take the pumpkin seeds and blend them in a blender and chill them in the refrigerator.
3. heat A in a saucepan over low to medium heat, stirring constantly from the bottom of the pan for 10-15 minutes to avoid burning, and then drain the water and thoroughly heat the almond powder.
4. turn off the heat, add the white chocolate and mix well.
5. spread the paste on a buttered baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
6. butter your hands and roll them out at 20g each.
7. divide the line in four parts with a toothpick etc. and make a line in the middle of it to finish nicely.
8. sprinkle with granulated sugar and insert the pumpkin seeds on top.

ずぼらの極みなので、チンしたカボチャと目分量の材料たちを全部いっきにサーモミックスに突っ込んで、冷蔵庫で冷やしたのですが、何時間待ってもゆるゆるすぎてかぼちゃの形にできませんでした🥺(自業自得)

All those different pumpkins you showed weren’t pumpkins they we’re gourds which are in the same family as pumpkins but have differences such as lots of gourds are edibles as while pumpkins are not

yooo i just made this on halloween!! making the pumpkin shapes was a smidge more time consuming than initially expected but it was worth it! i used pine nuts instead of pumpkin seeds for decoration and it added nutty finish that I loved and looked great, thank you so much for the recipe and video 🙂

I made three different batches!! They all turned out wildly differently so that was very interesting! The original recipe was perfect for my mom and my brother who like things to be wildly sweet but for me it was way over my sweetness level so I didn’t roll them in sugar and had way less condensed milk and it still turned out perfect! I also had one with a lot of coconut orange and some extract and that also turned out veryyyy good! This was also great to use as a bonbon base and I made it softer than the pumpkins and it was an amazing filling! I could totAlly see myself use this with more different types of dessert vegetables it was great! But definitely was hard for me to get right at first with the cooking time which varied a lot, but I got it down once I found the consistency I was looking for, thank you for this great recipe!

A particularly long-necked Butternut is used here for canned "pumpkin" people use in pies. They only have to use the neck part, no seeds and fiber to worry about. Roasted, salted pumpkin seeds are a treat,too.
