北欧の冬じたく🍂 森の散歩と旬を味わうほっこりスープ作り

It’s time to miss coffee. Take a break in the quiet forest. I wish I had brought some sweets too. It’s time to start preparing for winter. Today is “Ritto”. “Ritto” is the first day of winter in the traditional Japanese calendar. Is Hana hibernating? It’s that depressing season when those round things appear. Yes! It’s a fuzz ball!! Did I wake you up? Sorry. First, have some tea and relax. For some reason, I’ve never liked fuzz ball since I was a child. Can Hana help me too? Just thinking about picking up a fuzz ball with my hands, It’s very stressful and it’s hard to calm down. But I love fuzz ball removers. I feel invincible. Okay! It looks nice now. Ah, the battery is running low. Just try a little harder! I won against fuzz ball✨ The sun has been setting earlier recently. Candles are an essential part of life. The gentle light is a daily soothing experience. Try using warm colored tablecloths Today I’m going to make soup using celeriac. Celiac is in season in winter. Refreshing celery scent♪ This is rich in dietary fiber and has high nutritional value, making it the perfect food for winter. First, fry the onions in butter. Once the onions are soft, add the Celeriac to the pot. The chicken bouillon will do the seasoning. While the pot is simmering, crisp up the bacon. Then, while the bacon is frying, prepare the mushrooms. Also, check the condition of the pot. Oops… It was too crispy and a little burnt. The mushrooms inherit the delicious flavor of the bacon. Once it becomes a paste, add the cream to create a smooth and luxurious mixture. Season with salt and pepper and it’s done. I’m looking forward to seeing what it tastes like. Let’s eat. It has a soft celery aroma and a gentle sweetness that makes it delicious. I’m happy just having some hot soup and bread. Let’s have tea after lunch on the balcony. It’s cold but it makes me feel refreshed. I can’t forget the matcha I had in Japan in the summer. I collected tea ceremony utensils in Sweden. I haven’t found a matcha bowl that I like yet, so I chose a Marimekko bowls. Is it a little small? When spring comes, I would like to hold a tea party under the cherry blossom trees. One more thing I enjoy has been added.

Nunca havia visto esse aipo-rábano, fiz uma pesquisa e descobri que é dele que vem o "salsão", também chamado de aipo, que é muito bom para preparar sopas, ou caldos e que eu uso frequentemente (as folhas e caule) mas essa bola que você cortou e fez a sua sopa, eu nunca havia visto.
