It is Christmas soon. Maru chicken is probably the standard Christmas dish. This time, I would like to introduce tandoori chicken made from whole chicken. Knead the salt into the whole chicken and soak it in yogurt and spices. Leave overnight if possible. Next, entangle the oil. Just before baking, wrap olive oil around the chicken. Use your favorite oil such as butter for this. Finally bake. Bake in the oven for about 50 minutes and you’re done. Please use an oven that is large enough to hold a whole chicken. Here are the nutrients this time. This will be 1/6 of the recipe amount of nutrients. The material is here. Our house uses homemade curry powder. Please use your favorite curry powder. For adults, adding spicy flavors such as chili powder and chili peppers is delicious. Then, the main story starts from here. I will explain how to make it. First, knead the salt into the chicken. Imprint firmly on the whole. The whole chicken is big, so you need a little more salt. Add 100 ml of yogurt and curry powder. Curry powder is homemade. I’ll put a link to the video on how to make it in the summary column. Grate ginger and garlic. For ginger and garlic, you can use powder. However, if you grate the raw chicken, the chicken will be moisturized. Garlic and ginger should be about the same amount. Knead the whole. The video uses a bowl, but if you have a thick, large plastic bag, it’s easier to familiarize yourself with the bag. Rub it firmly into the whole and rub it into your stomach. Let’s soak it. If you have time, soak it for 1-2 days. This time I have one day left. Remove from the refrigerator 1 hour before baking. When the meat has returned to room temperature, it is less likely to burn. Prepare the oven tray. If you have a rack, put the chicken here and bake it and the fat will drop down. I don’t use a rack this time. Spread olive oil all over. When you apply oil, the surroundings will burn crisply. Move to the oven tray and add all the marinade left in the bowl. You can use butter instead of olive oil. Let’s bake. Place in an oven preheated to 230 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes. Please adjust the time and temperature according to the oven you are using. It has a nice scent, the skin is crispy, and it has a nice brown color. Be careful not to get burned and take it out. Please note that it is heavy. That’s it! Thank you for your support.
