【A week of musubento lunch box】+ the morning breakfast

Good morning everyone, how are you doing :)? It’s kind of spooky the space. <Two second stretch> Monday Today I’ll be using some fun items,
”Nissin Chicken Ramen”. This ramen doesn’t come with a seasoning packet, but the noodles themselves are already flavored. You crush it with your hands and use for the batter. Some people might find it hurts their hands. As my hands have been trained by wild days of cooking, I don’t feel anything. My hands are a little red though. In some sense, it has a similar effect to a squishy toy. Then, coat the chicken breast with flour, water, and chicken ramen. The way I avoid noise is just like my Grandma’s 🙂 Deep frying. Ketchup. The rib barbecue sauce that I bought on my last trip 🙂 I realized on the way, but frying instant noodles is really double frying them. That’s why those chicken sticks were changed to be oven-baked. Fried noodle is welcome, but double-fried instant noodle is a bit… The herbs and spices that my daughter has recently taken a liking to. The sauce is ready. They turned into fried chicken sticks as if they didn’t even realize it was ramen. That gyoza fits in there perfectly. This frying pan makes me want to make mini taco-style dishes. I fold it in half tightly. Seal with a lid. Cheese is essential because it holds everything together. My handmade pottery plate is active 🙂 They are small, so I will make more and more. Sorry to be such a pest. The mess is exactly what cooking is all about. Water bottle is ready. I’m making the piping bag for the sauce. Lastly, I will make rice balls! Edamame, wakame seaweed, ground sesame seeds, and salt. Let’s sneak ground sesame seeds to any dishes to boost their nutritional value 🙂 Spicy pollock roe seasoning mix. These days, my daughter has started to like slightly spicy foods and herbs. I don’t remember when I started to like
those kinds of things (do you remember?). I’m glad that she is trying a wider variety of flavors and seems to be enjoying her meals more. The girl woke up. Peeking. 🙂 ”OSU” Good morning(~.~) They miraculously fit into the box. Sprinkle the toppings to add a pop of color! Lastly, I add the sauce and the spices.

These boxes came in a pack of 4 and cost CAD $ 23, my daughter really likes them! Adding green onions made it taste even better, just the way I like it. I will enjoy that chicken ramen in its original form. By the way, have you tried this ramen? I feel like it’s been sold in Asian grocery stores for quite some time now. It is said to have been created as the world’s first instant ramen. It looked the same (?) as the photo. It’s delicious as always. All you have to do is just add hot water and wait for 3 minutes. But I let it boil forcefully, so the noodles got soggy. The ramen has the taste of chicken broth and roasted soy sauce. Even if when you don’t feel like eating anything, you might be able to eat this 🙂 Tuesday No worry, I’m just curious because my family always wakes up and pops their heads out there. I’m happy about that small window. First, I will make a cucumber roll with tuna and mayonnaise salad. Ah, I really want to pour this over rice and eat it. I drained the silken tofu. It hardens a little and has a nice cheese-like texture. Excuse me. Desperately deliver, haha. ”Cheesy Tomato Meat Tofu” is ready. Almost forgot to cook rice even though planning to have rice bowls! Finally, I’ll make everyone’s favorite, fried eggs. Reduce the amount of egg whites to make one smaller batch. Add water and cook it thoroughly. I left it for a long time, so it’s crunchy on the outside and inside, aww. This cup is one that I made in the pottery class last time 🙂 I was told that the handle had been blown away lol This is our go-to dish at home Make-ahead breakfast, Frozen bread pizza. Ah. Wednesday Today I’m gonna make a frozen bento side dish that I used to love, and that was sold in Japan. ”A common thing with people who wear glasses” I was thinking about buying a new slicer. Something happened and it got torn in half. But it looked good. I’ll cut them neatly in half with scissors beforehand. What I’m making today is, Fried dish
filled with two layers of fish & tartar sauce. The actual product is coated with regular panko crumbs. It would be nice to freeze the filling and shape it, but don’t have time for that. I just wrap in rice paper! Messed up. I make the dish while checking that it will fit in the box I often end up resizing it smaller though. Coat them with tapioca flour. Apparently, very hasty. They puffing up, scary, I poked with a toothpick. Prick it all over! I get nervous. The two layers of filling look really nice. And the texture of the rice paper is really unique, with two distinct textures. Good deal. One that’s chewy like mochi, and other that’s crispy. Time to make a vegetable dish. Adding salami and chicken stock to the cabbage will make it safe and sound. Black pepper. I feel like this dish would go well with bread, rice, noodles, or anything 🙂 Finally, bite-sized rice balls. I want to make something like a container or a base using dried seaweed. Although some of the rice is spilling out, it’s probably still easy to eat. Nothing important but they can sit down properly. Look (・∀・) It seemed like there was too much rice for her! I reduced the amount. Sauce for the fish tartar bites. Whole grain mustard, honey and soy sauce (try simple ratio, 1:1:1 without thinking). I’m lucid today. Everything is sticky, wash it! That mandarin has a color that makes us feel energetic! I like the lid because it has enough space so that the food doesn’t get squashed. Tian mian jiang (sweet bean sauce) is also popular in our household. Look, should I mix this with water first? I usually just mix it together furiously though. Lastly, omelette. Because eggs and sausages are perfect partners. I wonder if there’s a lid that would fit for this pan. ‘What is this?’ ‘This is a slightly burnt egg.’ ‘Haha burned’ ‘How are you gonna fit all of this in here?’ ‘I know-. Let’s go! ‘ I finished early today. I’ll pack everything up right in front of my daughter. It’s raining outside today. Dark both outside and in the living room. ‘I want to taste.’ If someone were to show off food like this, of course I’d want to eat it. ‘It’s all yours’ ‘Okay’ ‘Yay, Yippee’ A perfect breakfast combo made with leftovers. Let’s get some vegetables by drinking orange vegetable juice. I jumped on the chance to buy it because they were on sale for half price. It tastes like breakfast and lunch all in one. Cucumbers are always doing a good job. Fried noodles with almost disappear ingredients is really delicious. Eat it all together, it all ends up in the same place anyway. As long as Kewpie mayo exists, I won’t be able to give up this way of eating. I bought it at T&T (Asian grocery store). ”Jiggly Konjac Jelly”, exactly what it says.     Halloween is my birthday and this was my first year taking my daughter trick-or-treating. 😊 We had a wonderful time because we went with my mom friend who has a daughter who is 9 months younger than my daughter, as well as two older brothers, both dads were able to join us and walk around. This year was definitely one of my top favorite birthdays! 😁
