#103 理想の休日!公園で編み物✨マフラー制作中🧶ユッケジャンうどん
This is my last short-sleeved video of the year! 🤣 I used chicken thighs seasoned with shio koji and black pepper, and some vegetables I had in the fridge . I washed and peeled the potatoes. Cut them into chunks and soaked them in water. I cut off the stems and also cut the eggplant into chunks. I removed the seeds from the peppers and shredded them. I used these three vegetables this time, but I think it would be delicious with other vegetables, or even just a single vegetable dish! Everything’s cut up! I added a little oil and started grilling the chicken. I made sure the chicken was cooked thoroughly. Since I used shio koji, I was careful not to burn it. While the chicken was grilling, I wrapped up the leftover gyoza from the day before. This is how I wrap my gyoza! What do you think? 😊 I love gyoza! I suddenly get a craving for them. 🥟 When I was little, I used two pieces at a time, but before I knew it, I was able to wrap one piece at a time. 😚 I made 8! Now I’m ready to grill them. Instead of adding oil, I added enough water to cover the gyoza slightly. Once the water has evaporated, add a splash of sesame oil. The chicken is almost done. I warmed the potatoes a little in the microwave. Season with ponzu sauce and garlic. If the flavor is too bland, adjust with more ponzu sauce! Now , let’s serve. We’ll serve four gyoza per person! Shell-patterned coasters. A late lunch is complete! ✨ The chicken is incredibly tender, probably because it’s marinated with shio koji! I couldn’t stop eating them. They’re flavorful enough without the sauce. 😌 My stomach is happy! 💞 I’m the type of person whose last MBTI score is J, but even if I have the next day off, I still prepare for the next week on Friday. 🤣 It’s time to bring my Dalba with me! 🌬️ At least I’ve packed a handkerchief, so I’m safe. 🤝 I finally bought some Amelie yarn! 😍 It’s No. 53, a dark navy! I’m knitting a scarf, and it’s this length, using just under three balls. I wanted it to be a little thicker, so I changed my crochet hook case! It’s great because it can also hold a case for things like notepads and marker rings! Wow! I can watch Scandalous Eve, which premieres next week, on Netflix! I thought it was only available on Abema, so I’m happy! My knitting companion is Conan! Sometimes I watch Korean dramas 👀. I still have a month left, but I’ve knitted a lot this year too 🧶 Last year, my biggest project was a blanket, but I don’t think I’ve knitted anything that could be called a masterpiece this year 😂 I want to knit a mat-like thing with connected motifs, but maybe next year 😌 I can’t drink cold tea anymore, so I’ll warm it up 🍵 Latte-colored coasters ♡ In the morning, I only eat whole wheat bread made by my mom 🍞 I eat it with sweet potato jam that a friend gave me 🍠 It’s sooooo delicious 😳 The perfect amount of sweetness makes it perfect for the morning! I’m looking forward to my knitting party at the park this afternoon ♬ I have errands to run to the supermarket and the station in the morning, so I’ll be ready right after eating! The weather is nice, so I want to go for a walk, but I don’t have time, so I’ll give up 🤣 This top I’ve been wearing since I was a college student 👕 I wonder how old it is lol The weather is nice, but it’s surprisingly cold . After running errands, I came to buy a magnet and a ruler to use for knitting 📏 I also bought some ingredients for lunch, so I’ll hurry home 🚶♀️➡️ I’m going to make a simple yukgaejang udon. The only thing I need to use a knife for is the onion 🧅 I put sesame oil and garlic in a pot. I put the leftover beef thigh cuts and yakiniku sauce in a pot. I’ll mix everything together and wash the bean sprouts. Once the meat is cooked through, I’ll add the onion, half the bean sprouts, shimeji mushrooms, and chives! I’ll add about 400cc of water , chicken stock powder, gochujang, and ground sesame seeds, and cover. Now I’m preparing a different soup lol I’ll put in the frozen udon noodles and wait for it to boil. I’ll add the remaining bean sprouts. It looks delicious! 😙 I actually wanted to use chicken bones, but I didn’t have any, so I seasoned it with white dashi and salt, and finally added dried wakame seaweed! Once it boiled, I drizzled some sesame oil on it and it was done! 😋 Now I’m ready to serve. I’ll arrange all the udon noodles and save a little of the toppings and soup for dinner. I had some Korean seaweed, so I’ll try putting that on! The coaster and mug are Marimekko. ✨ Here we go! I think I used a little too much gochujang! It’s spicy, lol , but it’s incredibly delicious. 🤤 I actually add carrots for more nutrition, but I don’t like them, so I don’t add them when I’m eating alone. 😂🥕 The crunch of the bean sprouts is just the right amount of spicy. It’s getting hot. 🥵 I’m off to get ready for my knitting party. ♬ It’s the perfect day for knitting at the park. ☀️ Maybe because I arrived late, there aren’t many people around. 👭 Fruits knitted by my friend! It’s amazing… I bought some donuts 🍩 My friend’s chiffon cake was fluffy and delicious 🤤 I also ate some donuts 😋 My favorite at Mister Donut is the Old Chocolate Fashion! It’s a heart motif again 🩶 My friend is knitting a blanket that will become a bouquet 💐 We talked, ate, and knitted, it was so much fun 😆 It’s time to go home! I want to do it again 😚 I was given some rosemary on the way home ☺️ Thank you for watching until the end! Please subscribe to my channel ✨
