how to make chirashi-sushi. Hello. Today’s resipe is Chirashi-sushi. It may be a little harder than ever. This is the one of the traditional Japanese foods which is eaten during times of celebration
and a family get together. Please try to make that at home as well. I think these are ingredients what are unique to Japan. It’s okay if you don’t have all the ingredients because each Japanese family has
a different home taste. This is Koya tofu, bamboo shoot,
and soaked dried shiitake mushroom, And Sakura-shrimp and red pickled ginger. This is a wooden tub container, called”Handai” wet, discard water once it has absorbed excess moisture, and then dry with a clean cloth.
