    [Hoi Ko Ro — huí guō ròu]serves 2
    *100g sliced pork
    *1/8 chopped cabbage or chinese cabbage
    *2 chopped green peppers

    *1 tbsp Sake
    *1 tsp Tian Mian Jiang – Sweet Bean Sauce
    *1 tsp Gouchujang – Korean red chili paste
    *1 tsp Soy Sauce
    *pinch of salt and pepper
