ステーキの裏ワザ

    The best way to cook a steak is to simply submerge it into some boiling water. From here, once it oxidizes and changes color, you want to add some seasoning. You see here, a little bit of minced garlic, a little touch of parsley. Once I have that added, I like to finish it off with just a bit of freshly cracked pepper. And then after that, just a touch of freshly cracked sea salt. Once you have all of your seasonings in there, go ahead and let it finish boiling off for about 5 to 10 minutes. And after that, go ahead and pull it out from the water. Already have a hot pan with some hot oil ready. You’re going to pick it up and move it over to the side. This might bubble quite a bit for this meat. So, you’re going to set it down in your smoking hot pan. Let it sear nicely on one side before you flip it over. Just like that. That’s the perfect bacon you want. Throw on about a tablespoon of butter and let that melt down. And then from here, you’re going to go ahead and gently slice it open. You’re going to see this will make it so much more tender. And you will see it will be perfectly cooked all the way through.
