Hello, it’s Yuka Kinoshita! And today… I’ve made phat kaphrao! I’ve been obsessed
with Thai fish sauce lately, so I made this phat kaphrao
that uses a lot of fish sauce About why I got obsessed
with Thai fish sauce, I ate marinated eggplants the other day,

[Pressure] So I got obsessed since that, and even eat rice
only with Thai fish sauce So this is how I made this phat kaphrao! First, I’ll make chicken mince
using chicken breasts Coarse chop the chicken breast I’m using one kilograms
of chicken breast today [I’m back from washing the cutting board] I’ll cut the paprika next Cut it into two, and take out the stem and seeds Then slice it long and thin Done Fine chop the onion Done Stir-fry it next Minced garlic Some ginger Round-chopped chillies Onion Once you smell the aroma,
add in the chicken breast Paprika Once the meat changes color, add in water And here’s the time
to add in my beloved fish sauce! Nuoc…

and decided to get a new one Because I had failed before, I asked an officer who was passing by
on how to buy the tickets I also explained that my tickets expired
and I wanted to buy new tickets, but he said because the bullet trains
were really late, I could still get on that train So I thought, “Lucky!” when I heard that Then I passed the gate, and I saw that all the bullet trains
were totally late Even the 9 a.m. train hadn’t departed yet!
[It was already 6 p.m. at the time] It was late for nine hours at most Shin-Osaka Station was really
full of people, and it was dreadful But it was a first for me,

around midnight when I arrived I poured it well So good There’s this tiny baby kitten
in my grandma’s house, [His name is Giyuu]
