In honor of that Tonight’s dinner is Mexican food, chili con carne. I’ll enjoy watching the F1 race while eating chili con carne and getting into the Mexican spirit. I’m in the process of preparing the spices. The dish is complete I’ll put the chili con carne on top of the rice. I feel like I’m in Mexico.
