私もそのまま剥いたことあるんですが、少し水に浸けても、やっぱり硬くて、なかなかむきづらかったので、炊飯器で一度炊くのは思いつかなかったです!笑(*´∇`*)
二回炊かないといけないですが、柔らかそうで剥きやすそうですね!!( ´ ▽ ` )
