【コストコ】おすすめ‼️毎回買うものや新作も1ヶ月に1度の爆買い‼️✨ 【Costco56】
Thank you for watching today! So delicious! [Music] Hello everyone. This time, I’m showing you my Costco purchases . I bought 43,683 yen worth of items I actually use every day, including things for my home . This time, I bought some new products, learned some new things, and also bought 6kg of meat. Next time, I’m thinking about preparing and eating 6kg of meat. Please check it out. First, this is seared tuna. I bought it frozen, so I wonder if it will still freeze . I have a lot of food to eat today, so I bought the most frozen one and wanted to freeze it right away. It’s so delicious, isn’t it? I’ve bought it several times. My kids love temaki sushi , and as long as I have seared tuna, we can have a temaki party with lots of sashimi on special occasions. But on other days, they’re so happy with just seared tuna, natto, and konnyaku beans, so I bought it. Another reason I bought this tuna crust was because I was able to get some seaweed for cheap. It’s delicious and comes with an eco-label for the ocean. Being able to eat it as is is really convenient and appreciated by a mother. Yes, it’s seaweed. This grilled seaweed roll for Korean goldfish is on sale, and it’s incredibly cheap. I got 7 bags of 15 pieces for around 900 yen. Grilled seaweed is expensive even in Japan. I buy it myself, but it’s expensive, so I thought it was a great deal. So, it’s just regular seaweed. Currently, both of us are. It’s just Korean seaweed, so it’s not like Korean seaweed. These large Korean seaweed rolls for goldfish are always available at discount stores and are quite expensive. I always passed on it , but even though it’s not Korean seaweed, I bought it because it was cheap and for seaweed rolls . Yes. It comes in a large pack like this. There are 15 pieces. It ‘s a great deal. I also bought this for the first time in a while. This is my second time using Revive. The ready-to -use sashimi is turtle. It doesn’t need to be rehydrated and can be eaten as is . Wame is very healthy and good for your hair. My eldest son loves it, so I bought it when it was on sale and on sale. It’s starting to melt, after all . It looks delicious on a shirasu rice bowl, and I’m glad I can use it as is. Rehydrated wame is also delicious. So, if it hadn’t been on sale , I probably wouldn’t have bought it. I probably wouldn’t have repurchased it. It comes in a huge box like this. I opened it and took out a little, because it fits compactly in the freezer. The stems are still attached, so it ‘s quite chewy and delicious. It’s delicious just with ponzu sauce. Wame is said to expel excess heat and moisture from the body before taking medicine. It’s also nutritious, packed with minerals, potassium, calcium, essential fatty acids, magnesium, and vitamins A and K. It’s said to help prevent swelling, so it’s great for beauty. I’m happy to be able to eat it easily and healthily. It’s also delicious with sesame dressing . I also love the Wame Sesame Dressing. I only have two frozen items this time. These Mizuman Boiled Dumplings were on sale, so I bought them. They’re super delicious, and they make a super easy dinner soup . Just add anything to it and it makes a great broth. If you add some vegetables, kids will eat it, and it’s also great as a diet meal. You can eat it with rice, or if you don’t have rice and it’s a little late at night, this is fine too . The skin is packed with carbohydrates, vegetables, and meat, so Mizuman is incredibly useful, but the packaging has changed. They were also offering samples, so I had to wait in line, and although I didn’t try them, I did try the pan-fried gyoza. For some reason, I thought the skin was thin and it was only for boiled gyoza, but it turns out you can pan-fry them . You can pan-fry them when you want crispy gyoza or a hearty side dish, so it’s great because it’s cheap and comes in a large quantity . I used to buy this every time, but I haven’t bought it recently, and I bought it because it was on sale. I always buy it when it’s on sale. It’s packed with these tiny dumplings. I probably wouldn’t fry them. Boiled dumplings are healthier . You can drink the soup too, it’s warm and delicious. And I drink all the soup. You get some vegetables too. I’ll probably eat them all as boiled dumplings, though. This is a repeat purchase. The dumplings have gotten a little smaller. I feel like they’ve gotten smaller. Also, I bought it last time and bought it again: Silver Wine. They said it was n’t sweet, so it was a little salty, but… Well , it’s true, it’s salty as it is, even without adding salt, but it was delicious. They don’t have any that describe it as sweet anymore. This was delicious. I bought it last time. They were selling this this time , and I tried it as a sample, and it was fluffy and delicious. It ‘s made using a method called one-close-sealing, and apparently it arrives frozen only once. Apparently , even in Chile, it’s often subjected to multiple spiritual awakenings before arriving at the dinner table . This one, however, is only closed once before reaching the table, preserving its freshness and staying juicy and delicious. It’s not dry at all, it’s juicy and delicious. It’s fluffy and fluffy. Apparently, it’s caught in Chile, then immediately put in a pond to drain the blood . I asked if it was farmed, but the person selling the samples said it was wild, not farmed. There ‘s no mention of wild or farmed, and it’s made with only sake and salt, with no preservatives . It’s delicious and healthy, so that’s great. It’s good for your skin and beauty, too. As long as you have sake, rice, and miso soup, it’s the perfect dinner. I tend to eat a lot of sweet and oily foods, so I’m happy with the abundance of delicious food out there. But with just this sake, rice, and miso soup, I can make a healthy meal that makes me happy , so I think I should buy this every time, and I plan to do so from now on. The orange component, axatin, is good for your skin, too. And, I don’t buy that much fish at the supermarket, yeah. It’s expensive. Even the skin is delicious. Also, I love salmon kasu soup, and I made it last time and it was amazing. I was so happy to make salmon kasu soup with such delicious salmon, but now that it’s getting colder and soup season is upon us, I have some leftover sake kasu soup, so I want to make that soon . I’m looking forward to it. Yes. It looks incredibly delicious. Like this. I’ll freeze the rest. And as for meat , I bought a total of 6kg this time, and this is 1.3kg. It’s thinly sliced domestic pork belly. I bought this last time, too, but even though it’s thinly sliced, it ‘s not particularly thin. It’s a little thick. It’s a little too thick for meat rolls , but it’s incredibly filling and delicious for stir-fried meat and vegetables or pork kimchi. The meat has a sweet flavor, and last time I ate the whole pack in one go to make samgi psal. I just cut it in half and grilled it like normal, but I wanted it to be hot, and I grilled it all in one go while the kids were in the bath, so I wanted them to eat it fresh, so I snacked on it while it was cooking. I ate a ton myself in no time, and after giving it to the three men in my family, the entire 1.3kg was gone, which was a bit of a pain. But this time, I’d like to use it a little more . I want to make pork soup, pork kimchi, stir-fried vegetables, and samgyap psal. Well, I can’t do everything, but I hope to use it for a variety of purposes. And here’s a pork loin block made with the same flour . The previous one was a pork loin, and this is a pork loin. I’ve made this many times before . Sugar-covered roast pork made in a Christmas cooking video It’s incredibly delicious, but it’s simple but time-consuming, so I’ve been making boiled bossam lately. It drains the oil, and when eaten with lettuce and kimchi, it’s healthy and delicious, so I’ve been making bossam quite often lately. Cooking it in a pressure cooker keeps it from getting tough, making it incredibly tender and delicious. I haven’t decided what to do with it yet, but I bought this too. And I also have some meat, which I forgot to buy last time. It’s domestically produced Sakuradori. I haven’t decided what to do with it either, but it’s delicious and I’m grateful for it. It’s convenient. It’s about 2,000 yen for 2.5kg. Of the Sakura varieties, V is definitely the most expensive, but this Monica is still cheap. Well, it’s more expensive than the number of lines. But, well, it’s delicious and safe. Since I’m at Costco, I want to make good use of these things. Like the pork I mentioned earlier, my kids eat it right away, so I’m trying to save it once a month. I’m trying to keep my food costs down. I want to feed my growing kids, but I also need to manage my finances. So, I thought it might be a good idea to buy meat in bulk when it’s cheap, so I bought some. Here’s a new product: Mushroom Cream Meatballs. Yes. Meatballs. The tomato meatballs were so delicious, right? I wondered if they were the same meatballs, but there was no one there so I couldn’t ask. But they seemed similar, so I bought these because they’re a new product and they looked delicious. The mushroom cream goes really well with the meatballs. Just heat them up and you’re ready for a delicious meal . That’s it. This new product costs 211 yen per 100g. Made in Japan with pork, onion, and pork fat. I’m looking forward to trying these. I’ve ordered the tomato meatballs many times, so you’ll know it when you try the meatballs. Oh, they even put cream on the bottom. There’s cheese on top and cream underneath. I love cream. I put as much as I can fit in my usual Tupperware. This is in the fridge. Yes. I retined this and cut it in half and tried it. It’s so delicious. Yes. I think , and I’m pretty sure, the meatballs are the same as the tomato sauce meatballs they used to sell . They’re a little spicy and oily, and juicy and delicious. This cream is also a mushroom cream, so it has a strong mushroom flavor and a strong mushroom aroma, like it might have been in some porridge . Now, when I look at the contents, it doesn’t say anything about ingredients and only says king oyster mushrooms, so I guess it’s the king oyster mushroom aroma. The mushroom aroma is so rich and the cream is thick and delicious. It’s so delicious. I think it might be quite strong if I ate it all at once, but I love rich foods, so it’s no problem. So delicious. I’d like to introduce some wine to go with this. I have some left in the fridge for tonight. I want to drink it now. Yes. I bought this white wine this time. This wine is Mare Mannium Nobusot Chardonnay. I bought this red wine at Costco a while ago . It’s so delicious, I really like it, and I bought three bottles of it in red the other day. I loved it, but they also had a white version, and apparently they released quite a few recently . I think. Oh, it’s new. Yeah. I was interested in it but wasn’t sure what to expect, when they had a new one and I tried it and absolutely loved it. It really smells of oak. I love oak-flavored wines, and some say they do, but I’m not too keen, but this one had a really strong oak aroma and was absolutely delicious. I’ll never forget this logo. This impactful logo . Both the red and white are delicious, and it’s in a screw bottle. It’s easy to drink and only costs 1,300 yen. I wanted to buy a lot, but I ended up just buying one. I’ve stopped drinking properly , or rather, I need to cut back on my alcohol a little to enjoy it. I ‘ve stopped guzzling down boxes of wine. Enjoy it little by little, but be careful not to drink too much. Yes. I’m afraid it might damage my liver, so I’ll probably drink every day , but I’ll drink in moderation. First of all, I ‘m trying not to buy too much. Even though I’ve been trying to limit my purchases at Costco, I still end up buying them elsewhere. But first, I’m trying to avoid overindulging in alcohol, so I ‘ve been thinking about how to continue drinking my favorite alcohol for a long time and stay healthy. Let’s eat. Ah, it’s delicious. I like white wines a little sweet, and I ‘ve often thought that Chardonnay isn’t my thing, but this one is delicious because I love the casks. Hmm, I’m not sure whether to chill it or not. I think it would taste better a little chilled, though. Yeah. It’s delicious. This was my first time seeing it and buying it, but it was 400 yen off, so I bought it. It’s Green Leaf Aona Kimchi. It was 898 yen, usually 1298 yen. And it looks really delicious, doesn’t it? Aona Kimchi. Hmm, it looks like it would be delicious wrapped around a rice ball . I wonder what it’s like? I’ll open it. I’ve always loved kimchi, but when my kids were little, they couldn’t eat it anyway , so I didn’t buy it. But now that they’re eating it more often, I ‘ve started buying it more often. Can you see it? Amazing. I’d like to see it, so I ‘ll show you everything. It looks like this. The green part. Oh, but there’s also the white part. I guess I have to cut it myself. There are two wrapped like this. Like this. Ah, I guess it’s a pain to have to cut it myself. But it’s kind of fun to cut it. What does “Aona” mean? Does it mean the green part of Chinese cabbage? I found this inside, so I’ll throw it in there too. Yes. This is the kimchi it was like. I’ll cut a little and try it. [Music] It’s spicy. Oh, it’s on sale now, so maybe it’s nearing the expiration date, so it’s quite sour. Well, it’s January 2026, so there’s still two and a half months to go. It’s quite fermented, and has a slightly sour taste. It seems to contain Chinese cabbage, anchovies, ginger, onions, and garlic. Hara Mikuni , Korea. But somehow, it’s delicious. It’s a little different from Japanese kimchi. It’s spicy and Korean, I guess. It doesn’t taste like Japanese kimchi, like bonito broth. But it ‘s delicious. I don’t know how I’ll feel when I’ve finished it, but right now, I think it’s delicious. It’s great for making miso chige (stir-fried miso soup). Yes. I always buy these, too. They’re stray eggs. It might just be a sentimental thing , but since I’m feeding them, I want them to grow up in an environment where they can move around , so I try to buy stray eggs whenever I can. They’re delicious and rich. I think Costco is the only place you can get stray eggs this cheaply . Yes. We usually have a lot of eggs in my house, but we ran out this time, so I’m relieved to be able to restock today. I’m grateful. Yes. This looks so delicious. I’ve never seen it before . It’s Hiramatsu Foods’ Iwashi, and it’s packed with sesame and looks incredibly delicious . Currently, both of them only contain domestically produced Iwashi, sugar, ground sesame seeds, soy sauce, starch syrup, budoto, and honmi. It’s Mutenka. Made with domestically sourced Iwashi, it’s slowly prepared over three days using traditional methods, resulting in a traditional sweet and spicy flavor and fragrant sesame seeds. It pairs perfectly with rice . I’m sure it’s one of my favorites. And there’s so much of it. Thank you for the Iwashi, the Kigoma Mutenka Kou Kohoso. My aunt gave me some a long time ago, and they were so delicious I used to eat them as snacks and loved them. This is a large pack. It’s packed tightly like this. These are both refrigerated figs. The best-by date is November 3rd . Store below 10°C. It’s about half a month, so it’s better to make it easier to eat . Wow, there’s a lot of sesame. Look, Amazing. You see, this one was also discounted. It wasn’t. It wasn’t, but it looked delicious. I bought it because I knew I’d love it. It’s also good for you. I don’t usually buy and cook sardines myself, so that’s not something I do. So I was grateful to buy it. It might be good to eat one a day. My kids eat the whole bone, so if there’s only half a piece, we could all eat one a day. Oh, it smells amazing. Okay, let’s switch to another one. Let’s eat. It’s so generous, isn’t it? Hmm. Delicious. It’s sweet and spicy, so maybe it goes better with rice. It feels more like rice than a snack . Yes. This generous portion would go well with sake. Yes. This is the usual Yuki-ikuchi natto. My whole family loves natto, so I buy it all the time. I’m still hooked on the snatto I introduced last time, the one you eat with vinegar . Yes. This kind of rice is the most delicious. These are the rockfish natto, eggs, and kimchi I bought from Costco this time . This is the Sansho Mozuku I mentioned as a Kaldi purchase. This is the simmered cod roe I received from a department store. It’s delicious. This kind of food is the best, no matter what. Also, I bought some rooibos tea because it was on sale. Well, I had a last-minute trip to Costco, so I bought this, which a friend of mine always buys, but it was on sale and I got it cheap. I don’t know if I’ll need it, but I thought, well, if I don’t, I can drink it myself, so I bought it. It’s a great value organic product. And this is the one thing my friend told me to pick up if I have it next time I go to Costco. This is a repeat purchase from last time. These are delicious donuts. My friend is an elementary school teacher , and when she brought some to her workplace, she loved them so much that she asked me to buy them again next time , so I bought them. And here’s another repeat purchase I haven’t bought in a while: chia seed jelly. I bought it because it was on sale. This is also really delicious. This is a huge serving of chia seed jelly, and it comes in grape, apple, peach, and lemon flavors. My whole family loves lemon. We love lemon flavored everything. It’s jelly with lots of chia seeds sprinkled throughout . So, I eat it when I’m having trouble with my bowel movements to help me feel better, or when I’m a little hungry but don’t feel like eating much and just want to feel full. The kids eat it as a snack, or I freeze it and eat it like ice cream. Since it’s a large serving, I ‘ve tried it in a variety of ways. I bought it for the first time in a while because it was on sale. It’s really smooth and chewy, and the jelly itself has a delicious jelly-like texture. And then there’s the nuts and fruit. I’ve bought this over and over again. It contains these small servings of nuts and fruits, but it’s only almonds, walnuts, black raisins, pumpkin seeds, and dried, single-stem candied cranberries. It’s amazing, and it’s great for when you want to eat a whole meal. I also add them to my granola in the morning, and my kids eat them as snacks or in their granola . I wonder if this was created under the supervision of a doctor who recommends eating nuts before meals, or “nut first” ? Nut first is packed with potassium, minerals, and vitamins. This cranberry nut cereal is incredibly useful, allowing you to enjoy nuts in a delicious way . It’s quite pricey, but the low price of 900 yen on the TV show is why I keep buying it. It’s salt. Also, as I mentioned granola, I bought this again this time. It’s a probiotic USD Organics probiotic cereal. It’s well-balanced and delicious. It contains corn flakes , corn sugar, corn oil, corn wheat, corn almonds, corn protein, and other cereal ingredients. I love regular corn flakes, so I was tempted to buy this, but they’re heavily coated in sugar, so I decided to just buy this this time. This granola is said to regulate my intestinal health, so I fry it when I want something to eat in the morning. Or when I oversleep. This is my second time. It’s an ingredient that makes various dishes delicious. Dried ingredients. This is my second purchase. The Ramen Okonomiyaki Foam Festival contains dried onions, cabbage, chigen (green onions), ginseng (sweet potato), and budohatsu (scallions). Yes. I usually add it to miso soup, and the sweetness of the vegetables brings out the miso soup, making it delicious. It’s very useful when I’m out of vegetables or want to make something quickly, so I bought it. I didn’t try making okonomiyaki last time, but I thought it would be nice , and since I have plenty of rice, I mixed water, rice flour, eggs, and Japanese-style seasoning with a spoon and made this without having to chop the cabbage. It also pairs well with ramen, so it definitely adds a touch of flavor to cup ramen. It’s dried, so it feels nice and convenient, and I bought it again after a long time. Also, this is another repeat purchase, even though it’s been a while. Saakraut is USDA-certified organic, salted aerated cabbage. It’s made with only aerated cabbage, salt, and garlic. It’s like fermented cabbage , but it’s quite sour. The acidity builds up as you open it, so it gets increasingly sour. It’s this size and takes up a lot of space in the fridge, so I hesitate to buy it every time, but it also has a pretty strong, pungent taste. It’s spicy and sour, so I hesitate, but it ‘s good for you, and since it’s fermented, it’s good for fishing . I love super-sour things, so I bought it again after a long time. Also, this is MCT oil, another repeat purchase, even though it’s coconut MCT oil. I used to buy it at Ive quite a bit, but I realized I hadn’t used it, and I was wondering how long it was good for. It has a best-by date, but since it’s oil, you don’t want to take it if you’ve opened it and it’s been in the fridge. There are times when I wonder how long it will last , so this product is a small release, which is reassuring. I studied abroad last year and this year, and it’s easy to take with me on those occasions. Adding a little to a drink really helps with bowel movements. I ‘m the type who’s slow to notice changes, but I immediately noticed an improvement. It’s smooth . Yes. It can be used in a variety of ways, such as adding it to protein shakes in the morning, adding it to miso soup , or sprinkling it on salad. It’s truly odorless and light . I’m not on a diet, but I do have a desire to lose weight, so I bought this with the hope that it would help improve my bowel movements a little and help me lose weight without restricting my diet . And as for this wine, the packaging is so cute that I bought it purely for the packaging. It’s blue and cute. It’s Motifred Hughes Cabernet Sauvignon. It was quite affordable at 1,078 yen, and it had a wall-mounted finish, so I thought I might like it, so I bought it. And it looks cute, too. It’s getting colder, so I want a red wine I can drink without chilling it, and I thought it would be really cute if I had friends over. I’m trying to hold back on drinking too much this time , so I won’t be opening it right away, but it was cheap and cute, so I bought it . And then there’s the cooking ingredients. I’ve bought this over and over again. I just bought it because I just ran out of it. I’m currently running out of Miri soy sauce, but no alcohol. It’s a huge quantity , which I’m grateful for. It’s a great value 1.8L sake made only with rice, rice bran, and alcohol . And then there’s the avocado. Yes. I’ve always loved it, so I buy it often, but I always end up failing, like it turns black and I can’t eat it, but recently, the last time and the time before, I was able to eat it, so it’s really delicious. It’s big and rich, so it’s high in nutrients, but it’s packed with vitamins, so it’s good for your body and skin, and it’s so delicious, there’s no way I wouldn’t buy it again. It’s already normal . The avocados sold at supermarkets are expensive and small. They ‘re such a great deal. And here’s the method I learned at the last food sales event: Put each one in a plastic bag like this, and keep the ones you’re not eating in the fridge. I use Air Wrap. I bought some at the Gyomu Super recently, and I’ve been raving about it, but Costco also has it. They sell it in bulk. It’s the kind that’s packed full for 2,000 yen. I thought having that many would be a bit of a hassle, so I didn’t buy it, but I’ll think about it next time I buy some. What should I do? I was told to keep about three of the ones I’m not going to eat in the fridge, and when I want to eat them, I take them out and roll them over at a high temperature, and they’ll ripen nicely. I’ll let these two ripen as they are . I’ll put these in the fridge, and when they’re gone, I’ll put them out at a high temperature one by one, and eat them as they ripen. I’m happy. Also, I recently went to a mushroom hotpot and found some mushrooms stuck in the snow. They were incredibly cheap, like three enoki mushrooms for just 300 yen, so I bought them. I made enoki mushrooms. I think I bought them at the wholesale supermarket. I made nametake mushrooms with them , and they were delicious. I got a lot of comments about them, and I was happy to hear that the kids ate them up. We ‘re also making nametake mushrooms at home now, since they’re cheap. To appeal to kids, you might want to add less vinegar at the end. In fact, kids might not even need the vinegar. And yes, I also had some maitake mushrooms. I also bought a huge amount of luxurious maitake mushrooms because they were cheap. I love them. They’re also good for my skin. I also bought a huge amount of maitake mushrooms, which I always buy. They’re cheap. I bought them for the skin, the farm environment, and because my kids love them. I also bought a large amount of rooted lettuce, three kinds. I usually buy lettuce, but this one smells a bit like soil when I open it , but it’s easy to fall asleep in, so I think it’ll last a long time. I think it ‘ll last a long time. Actually, I’m going to plant them. Come on, let’s plant them. One bunch at a time. If I plant them, I can have an infinite number. I wonder if I should cut this one off and plant one. I’m not sure, but… The soil smells so strong, I couldn’t fit them all in the fridge anyway. So cute. It’s like a cute bouquet. I’m going to wrap some meat around it and eat it. Yes. I usually have soil for aerated cultivation, but I was out, so I tried planting it in blueberry soil. It’s nice, isn’t it? You can eat them right away. I planted some that I’ve already eaten, but I guess they’re no good. Yes. And bell peppers. I’ve bought a lot of cheap vegetables in bulk. Supermarkets are so expensive. Prices are just going up in Tokyo supermarkets. These are bell peppers from Iwate. My husband often makes something with bell peppers and… what was it called? kelp , and he said he wanted to try it, so I’d like to make that. I just julienned the bell peppers and mixed them with the fried salted kelp. Infinite bell peppers are delicious, aren’t they? I also bought some celery. For my skin. And then my kids and I were like, “Oh, I forgot to buy mayonnaise.” We’re out of mayonnaise right now. We’ve always bought it at Costco, so we haven’t bought any yet. Well, it’s available at every supermarket, so I buy it, but when I buy mayonnaise at an outside supermarket, I buy Mazda’s mayonnaise. It’s spicy. Celery is so great because I can just eat it as is. It’s delicious, good for my skin, and it helps reduce stress. I know some people like it and others don’t, but the scent of celery is said to reduce stress in medicine. I eat it a lot, but the domestic celery sold at supermarkets is getting more and more expensive . Well, spring is the cheapest time to buy it, but it’s getting more and more expensive now, so I thought it was great to be able to buy so much for so little. And finally, bananas . I bought the greenest one. They didn’t have any organic bananas this time either, so I just bought regular bananas. But this big one, so much for about 390 yen, was a bargain , so I bought it. Bananas are a quick way to give them to my kids in the morning, and I can eat them quickly when I’m short on time. Also, since it’s hot out, I’ve been making smoothies in the mornings . Bananas are essential for those times, so I buy them every time. However , I heard that Kato recommends not juicing them, and that eating them whole with fiber puts less strain on the liver . So, I thought maybe I should make smoothies with vegetables and honey, not too much fruit, but still bought them. What did you think? These are the items I bought this time. Next time, I’ll be preparing 6kg of meat , so please subscribe to my channel and wait for it. I update my Instagram every day . I’ll post related videos. Thank you for watching until the end . See you in the next video. Goodbye. Until next time. [Music]

NAMIさん痩せなくて大丈夫❤
むしろ今から痩せてしまうとね年齢重ねた時、やつれて皺も目立って老け見えしてしまいますから😢
