    <材料>
    だし・・・500cc
    無調整豆乳・・・250cc
    みりん・・・大さじ4
    塩・・・小さじ1
    片栗粉・・・小さじ1/2
    炒りごま・・・20g
    ごま油・・・大さじ1

    <作り方>
    1、ごまはすり鉢でねっとりするまですり、ごま油を加える。
    2、だしに片栗粉を混ぜておく。
    3、鍋にみりんを熱してアルコール分を飛ばす。②のだしを混ぜながら加える。塩、①のごまも加える。
    4、最後に豆乳を加える。
