Cory and I made a bunch of videos for the big boards. We’ll show you that. It wouldn’t be right to not do a food review inside the gate walls. Yeah, I get hungry here. Yeah, that’s true. We already did Big Star Taco Joint. Can’t go wrong with that. What do we bust outs? We reviewed them on Eat Local. They were okay. They were okay. Yeah, dude. I think we do. It’s a chicken thigh, too. I think the publican’s the move. Yeah, with chili. Oh no, chili crisp though. We don’t know if we like them or hate them. We’re going to find out. We’re going to find out. We’re going to take another dive down Chili Crisp Blade. This is also early bird gets the worm because there’s no one in line at any of these places and tonight it’s like insufferable to stay. I’m not a line guy. Hello. Hello. Can I get two of the um crispy chicken sandwiches? Of course. Anything else? That’ll be it. Thank you. Perfect. Wow, that looks so good. This is the choice. This is the move. This looks like a restaurant made this. Public doing public things. Yeah, man. They really are great. Riot Fest. Come on. That you can eat that at a festival. I want to take a bite. Wait. Have mercy. It’s a behemoth. Cory, what’s on this bad boy? Okay, this bad boy from Puban. Breaded chicken thigh, shredded lettuce, ranch, chili crisp, and then the potato bun. Potato. The sandwich boys are back. Cheers. Cheers. M appetizer bite. The thigh is so tender, dude. It is so tender. Chicken thigh over everything, bro. If you’re putting chicken breast in 2025 on a chicken sandwich, you’re doing it wrong. Yep. This is so good. It’s like got a little punch, but like nothing scary for heat. Yeah, I’m getting a touch of heat. Yeah, but not bad. Mm-m. God, the breading is beautiful. Wow. I just stopped chewing my first bite, man. I could watch that daily for a festival chicken sandwich. Yeah, this is unreal. We do a lot of food reviews at restaurants. You’re on your aame. It’s your kitchen. But if you’re doing this an away game, this is like shutting out the other team on the road. Yeah, that’s tough. Wow. And we got it quick. I think we waited like 2 minutes, not even. Which when you’re trying to watch some bands, you don’t want to be hanging out. You want this to be a quick process. You want food to be good but quick. Mhm. Public never misses. Everything they do is perfect. And they did it again. Nailed it, dude. So Cory and I always come very early the first day. Kind of get a bunch of stuff done. Tonight we got Alkaline Trio. Blink 182. That’s exciting. Tomorrow you’ve got Jack White. You’ve got Weezer. Sunday you’ve got Hansen, which is wild to me. The Academy is which we’re so excited for. Green Day. Green Day is headlining the final slot. Yeah, they’re pulling. Last note of the festival is Green Day. It’s so sick. [Music] Yeah, we’re lucky to do this. Riot Fest is awesome. Mhm. We’ve talked about it many times. This is our favorite thing to do. Do you have a favorite Riot Fest performance that you’ve ever seen in the 10 years of coming? I always say I don’t have favorites. Mhm. I have performances that were perfect. It’s just the same way I say with food. I don’t have a favorite pizza. I have like eight pizzas that I know that are perfect. Father John Misty so good. Back one of the two years, one of the year he had a go performance. The other year was amazing. Waxah Hatchee, Hobo Johnson on an early set. Yeah. Yeah. Yas were incredible. Most soundtrack Soundtrack. I’ve had a ton of them. Yeah. Ton of great shows. Do you have an all-time favorite? Yellow cards. Really? It’s funny after awesome answers. Big violin guy. Love the violin. Ocean Avenue recently voted the number one pop punk song of all time. Really? Of the 2000s. Isn’t that wild? The only thing about this that could be better because they also have a bakery is the bun. Yeah. Yeah. The bun is a little It’s not as soft as I want it to be, but if that’s what I’m griping about, I’m fine. Yeah. Yeah. That’s festival food. Mhm. Damn good. That’s going to be a solid base for all the beers I’m about to drink. And speaking of that, let’s go get with our made a bunch of videos. We get to go in the press area and what’ you say?
