Cumin seeds – 1.5 tsp
Fennel seeds – 1.5 tsp
Cinnamon stick – 1 (5-inch)
Turmeric powder – 1.5 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1.5 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Cilantro – for garnish
Salt – to taste
