焼きたてのお団子が食べられます( ‘༥’ )

どちらも柔らかくてもちもちとした食感の
お餅に甘辛いタレが香ばしくなっていて
美味しかったです🍡

やじろは
もち米にうるち米を混ぜてついた
地方独特のお餅「たがね」を短冊状に切って
串に刺して香ばしく網で焼き
甘辛醤油ダレにつけたものだよ！
時間が経つと固くなっちゃうから
なるべく早めに食べてね！
