●50g Walnut
●1 tsp sugar
●1 tbsp soy sauce
●200g spinach
【Kinpira (String Vegetable cooked in Soy Sauce and Sugar)】
●1/2 green bell pepper
●1 carrot
●1 tbsp vegetable oil
●1 tbsp sake
●1 tsp sugar
●1 tbsp soy sauce
●some roasted sesame seeds
【Salmon Cheese Cutlet】
●2 pieces salmon
●some salt and pepper
●2 slices cheese
●3 tbsp flour 3 tbsp
●1/2 egg
●5 tbsp bread crumble
●some vegetable oil
●cabbage and tomato as side dish
●thick vegetable sauce
材料
【ほうれん草の胡桃和え】
●ローストした胡桃 50g
●砂糖 小さじ1
●醤油 大さじ1
●ほうれん草 一束
【人参とピーマン(パプリカ)の金平】
●人参 1本
●パプリカ(緑) 1/2個
●サラダ油 大さじ1
●料理酒 大さじ1
●砂糖 小さじ1
●醤油 大さじ1
●いりごま 少々
【鮭のチーズフライ】
●サーモン 二切れ
●塩・こしょう 少々
●小麦粉 大さじ3
●卵 1/2個
●パン粉 大さじ5
●サラダ油 フライパンに1㎝くらい
●付け合わせのキャベツやトマト お好みで
●とんかつソース
