2 small onions (quartered)

½ parsley root (sliced)
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp marjoram (optional but great for aroma)
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
Pepper to taste

1. Prepare the dish:

2. Assemble the ingredients:
Spread the cleaned chicken liver evenly in the dish.
Distribute the whole garlic cloves on top.

3. Season:

Transfer the baked mixture to a deep bowl, add the rest of the butter and marjoram, and blend until smooth and creamy.
