今日は簡単にすぐ作れるきゅうりの醤油漬けをご紹介します😍❣️
切って容器に入れて調味料を入れるだけで
美味しいきゅうりの醤油漬けが作れますよ🥰💓
生姜のピリ辛が食欲そそります🥰
【材料】
きゅうり 2本 （斜め薄切り）
生姜 1かけ（千切り）
【調味料】
◉ 醤油 大さじ3
◉ みりん 大さじ3
◉ 酢 大さじ1
保存容器にきゅうり薄切り、生姜の千切り、調味料を入れて冷蔵庫で3時間寝かせたら完成です。
ご飯のお供に、お酒のおつまみにどうぞ❤️

Today I’ll introduce you to a quick and easy way to make soy sauce pickled cucumbers 😍❣️
Just cut them, put them in a container and add the seasonings
You can make delicious soy sauce pickled cucumbers 🥰💓
The spicy ginger will whet your appetite 🥰
[Ingredients]
2 cucumbers (thinly sliced diagonally)
1 piece of ginger (shredded)
[Seasonings]
◉ 3 tablespoons soy sauce
◉ 3 tablespoons mirin
◉ 1 tablespoon vinegar
Put thinly sliced cucumbers, shredded ginger and seasonings in a storage container and let it sit in the refrigerator for 3 hours and it’s done.
Enjoy it with rice or as a snack with alcohol ❤️
