Perfect for back to school lunches, office snacks, or meal prepping, these mini kishes are super easy to make. Start by chopping two cups of cooked broccoli and six slices of crispy bacon. Then, in a large bowl, whisk together six eggs, and add half a cup of heavy cream. Then goes in half a cup of parmesan, a pinch of salt, and a dash of paprika. Stir in the broccoli and the bacon, and then pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. These are easy and delicious. Check out the full recipe in my caption.
