かほく冷たい肉そば（1人前）
　そばつゆ：350cc
　田舎そば（乾麺）：80g
　鶏もも肉：適量
　鶏胸肉：適量
　鶏油：適量
　青ネギ：適量

そばつゆ（4人分）
　親鳥のガラスープ：1200cc
　3倍濃縮の麺つゆ：200cc
　砂糖：大さじ1
　親鳥のもも肉：250g
　親鳥の胸肉：100g

3倍濃縮の麺つゆ（400cc分）
　みりん：250cc
　酒：50cc
　醤油：250cc
　昆布：5g
　かつお節：25g

Kahoku Tsumetai Niku Soba(for 1 serving)
350 ml (1.5 cups) Soba Tsuyu
80 g (2.7 oz) dried Inaka Soba
some chicken thigh
some chicken breast
some Chi Yu
some green onion

Soba Tsuyu(for 4 servings)
1200 ml (1.27 qt) chicken bone soup
200 ml (6.7 oz) seasoning soy sauce triple strength
1 tbsp sugar
250 g (8.3 oz) chicken thigh
100 g (3.3 oz) chicken breast

Seasoning soy sauce triple strength(400 ml)
250 ml (1 cup) mirin
50 ml (1.7 oz) sake
250 ml (1 cup) soy sauce
5 g (0.2 oz) kombu
25 g (0.83 oz) bonito flakes
