Spicy Prawn Fried Rice | #shorts | Cooking Around The World

Only 15 minutes stands between you and this gorgeous creation. Beautiful succulent prawns in rich soy and oyster sauce, with yummy mung bean sprouts, matchstick carrots, spring onions, red onions, red bell pepper, ginger, scrambled eggs and garlic, with a dusting of red chili flakes, you’ll be on cloud nine. 400 grams of cooked and peeled prawns
1 huge cup of mung bean sprouts
1 carrot matchsticked
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 red onion diced
2 tsp minced ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 green onions diced
3 eggs scrambled eggs
4 cups basmati rice cooked
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 red capsicum or bell pepper diced
