Let’s cut it into small pieces. It is ok to use a slicer. Knead with salt. Put the chopped radish in a bowl and add a pinch of salt. Rub the whole thing roughly and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Cut the carrots in the same way. Use about 1/3 of the amount of carrots. Cut it into small pieces in the same way. Transfer to a bowl and knead the salt in the same way. Carrots should be about 1/3 to 1/4 of the amount of radish. Sprinkle salt and rub the whole thing roughly and leave it for a while. 10 minutes later. Take out each and squeeze. Squeeze it tightly with both hands and put it in another bowl. Add carrots in the same way. As for apple cider vinegar, Uchibori Organic Apple’s “organic apple cider vinegar” is easy to use for cooking, and I like it. Add 37.5 ml of this. Add the whole. Add more salt. This time I added 1.25 ml. After mixing roughly, put it in a storage container. Transfer to a storage container and keep in the refrigerator overnight. The taste is familiar. Let’s save it. The next day. Make a yuzu kettle. Yuzu cuts the top. Let’s hollow out with a spoon. This is the yuzu I bought yesterday, but the inside was dry. Take out the fruit. Let’s use this as a vessel. Clean the surface with a knife and flatten it. Place the yuzu on the bowl and serve the sardines in it. I left it overnight. Take it out from the bottom. A refreshing, sugar-free namas. Please try.
