Absolutely delicious, super moist pumpkin bread for fall. 1 and 3/4 cups allpurpose flour, a teaspoon of baking soda, 2 tsps of ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon of cloves, and 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger. Those are the secret ingredients. Then we’ve got a 3/4 teaspoon of salt, two eggs at room temperature, half of a cup of granulated sugar, 3/4 of a cup of brown sugar packed, and about a cup and a half or so of pumpkin puree. Make sure to use the puree, not the pie. Half of a cup of veggie oil, 1/4 cup of orange juice, and optional chocolate chips. Preg grease your loaf pan and pour your concoction right on in there. Set your oven at 350. Let it bake for about an hour or so and use the cake tester to make sure it comes out clean. This is such a classic, delicious recipe. 1 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

3/4 cup (150g) packed light or dark brown sugar
1 and 1/2 cups pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
1/2 cup (120ml) vegetable oil, canola oil, or melted coconut oil
1/4 cup (60ml) orange juice
2/3 cup (120g) optional semi-sweet chocolate chips

combine dry ingredients, then mix in wet ingredients
bake at 350 about 1 hour or until cake tester comes out clean
