こんばんは。変な時間に目が覚めてしまいました😂四角いフライパンを使って卵焼きを作るときはゴムベラが便利ですよ。ヘラが壊れたとおっしゃっていたのでもしかしたらご存知かもしれませんね。そうでしたら失礼しました。
肝機能が引っかかっているんですね、夕食はたんぱく質を取り入れてよく寝てください。食後の横になるのは肝臓の血流を良くするのに良いとされてます。散歩されたら横になって1時間休憩してください。

今迄の動画を見ていてアメリカに、なぜ行かれたのか不思義だったのですが、やっと分かりました。しかしその時元旦那様はどうしておられたのかは分からずじまいです。
