Even while cooking, the aroma is irresistible, and I couldn’t help but sneak a bite😋 The scent of freshly cooked jeon brings a smile to my face…! The fragrance of sesame oil is irresistible♡ The aroma of garlic chives whets your appetite, so you can eat a lot✨ Juicy from the vegetables’ moisture,
with the crunch of bean sprouts as an accent, it’s so tasty. With so many vegetables, every bite offers a different texture—so fun! The dipping sauce is a special sweet and spicy jeon sauce. It’s a mix of soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil,
and toasted sesame seeds for a fragrant aroma. A bit of gochujang is added for a slightly spicy kick✨ Tonight’s drink is oolong tea. I paired the jeon with a fresh choreg salad🥗 Crispy lettuce is refreshing, with seaweed adding an accent. Even as a salad, it’s satisfying. The seasoning is perfect and addictive✨ After resetting my palate with the salad, I take another bite of jeon. The chewy texture of the batter is addictive. Occasionally, the crispy parts inside the chewy texture are so delicious. The crisp sound is so satisfying…! Soaking it in the sweet and spicy sauce for extra moistness is also great✨ Jeon goes perfectly with the sweet and spicy sauce. Coating the jeon in the sauce makes it even more delicious. Tonight, I kept it simple: just jeon and salad…! The crispy browned bits inside the chewy batter feel luxurious. This jeon is packed with vegetables,
