    2017年の店舗リニューアル以降、”ふわっとほどける”特有の口溶けを持つかき氷が大評判に。

    氷の中には名物「生わらび餅」がたっぷり入っており、冷たくぷるっとした食感がたまらない美味しさ。

    看板メニュー。香り豊かなきな粉と自家製糖蜜をたっぷりかけ、氷の中には生わらび餅、上にはあんこと白玉をトッピングした逸品。きな粉好きにはたまらない一品です。

    季節限定&大人向けの個性的な氷たち

    ラムレーズン氷:自家製ミルクシロップにラムシロップ、たっぷりのレーズンでちょっと大人な一杯。

    だだちゃ豆のずんだミルク氷(夏季限定・5月〜8月):山形名産のだだちゃ豆を使ったずんだ餡とミルク蜜の組み合わせが珍しく人気爆発。

    キャラメルナッツ氷:ナッツたっぷりで、ふわふわの氷と相性抜群。最後まで楽しめる満足度高めな一品。

    他にもせとかミルク氷、桜ミルク氷、デコポンミルク氷、古都華スペシャル氷(奈良ブランドいちご)などなど、季節折々のメニューが並ぶため、いつ行っても選ぶ楽しさがあります。

    茶寮は築100年以上の古民家をリノベーション。畳に縁側、自然光が差し込むレトロで落ち着いた空間でゆったり味わえます。

    カウンターではかき氷が作られる様子も観られて、視覚でも楽しめる体験になります。

    Fluffy Shaved Ice with “Nama Warabi Mochi”

    Since the store’s renovation in 2017, their shaved ice has gained a reputation for its uniquely soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture.

    Inside the fluffy ice, you’ll find generous amounts of their famous Nama Warabi Mochi—a delightfully cool and chewy treat that adds a refreshing contrast to the fluffy ice.

    Popular Classic Menu Item

    Senju Kintoki
    This is their signature dish. Aromatic roasted soybean flour (kinako) and house-made sugar syrup are generously poured over fluffy shaved ice. Inside the ice are pieces of Nama Warabi Mochi, and it’s topped with sweet red bean paste and shiratama (mochi dumplings). A must-try for kinako lovers.

    Seasonal & Grown-Up Flavors

    Rum Raisin Ice:
    A slightly mature flavor made with house-made milk syrup, rum syrup, and a generous helping of raisins.

    Zunda Milk Ice with Dadacha Beans (Summer only, May–August):
    Features mashed edamame (zunda) made from Yamagata’s specialty dadacha beans, paired with sweet milk syrup. A unique and explosively popular combination.

    Caramel Nut Ice:
    A rich and satisfying shaved ice topped with plenty of nuts. The crunchiness of the nuts pairs perfectly with the fluffy ice.

    Other seasonal selections include Setoka Milk Ice, Sakura Milk Ice, Dekopon Milk Ice, and the Kotokaga Special Ice made with premium Nara-grown strawberries. No matter when you visit, there’s always something new and delicious to choose from.

    Atmosphere & Presentation Style

    The tearoom is housed in a renovated traditional Japanese townhouse over 100 years old. With tatami floors, a veranda, and soft natural lighting, it offers a serene, nostalgic atmosphere where guests can enjoy their sweets in a relaxed setting.

    You can also watch the shaved ice being made at the counter, making it a treat for the eyes as well.
