おばあちゃんから受け継いだ店主のまみちゃんが、炎を操りながら手早く仕上げる様子はここでしか見れないスゴ技です😳🔥
焼きぎょうざの他にも焼きラーメンなど、どれも絶品なので福岡に言った際は是非行ってみて！☺️

This time, let me introduce one of the popular food stalls in Tenjin, Fukuoka — “Yatai Mami-chan”!

I ordered the juicy and flavorful handmade gyoza (Japanese pan-fried dumplings) ✨
Watching Mami-chan, the owner who inherited the stall from her grandmother, quickly cook over the flames is an impressive sight you can only see here 😳

In addition to the grilled gyoza, dishes like yaki-ramen are also amazing.
